All of my life I have suffered with anxiety and stress. It's gotten So bad that it has stopped certain natural cycles. Your videos and calming voice are changing all of that. The meditations are making me slow down and truly relax. I've had a lot of negativity and self esteem issues- those are also starting to fade. Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for sharing Sarah, I also have suffered from anxiety! It can make life very difficult at times to say the very least. Having said that I'm finding that Meditations have been a blessing! I hope that in the near future doctor's in the West will start using more alternative medicine other then a quick fix with a pill! Not that some people need to take a medication, I'm not knocking that fact. My only hope is the practice of alternative medicines can be practiced more openly with the general public.
