Greetings from your hometown of Nishinomiya, James!! Congrats on your 2nd circuit win and welcome to the top 200..........Serve and net game look well seasoned and that one-handed b.h is real nice too! Hope to see you in some ATP events in 2025 !
What a solid match from James. Nishesh is a VERY good player, so to be able to do this, requires deep, deep skill. And power. Lots, and lots of power. Did I mention power?
@@BlahBlah-we6kx Yes, almost everyone who goes to play the pro tour doesn't automatically start winning. Federer/Djoker/Nadal all took time to be great players. It's a matter of them adapting and improving even further.
I have commented this long back... that Nishesh needs to improve on his 1st and 2nd serve both... he needs a good coach may be... to a very good players his serve is easy to break... and thatz what hapoened here.
That serve is a weapon. Such a fluid motion. The rest of his game also looks legit!

Wow. The serve of course, but that OHBH is lethal!
Serve was insane. I didnt think Trotter had a chance here.
I was impressed with Trotter’s versatility and all round game. Some of his volleys and lobs were incredible.
Was nishesh standing too close? Or what can he adjust to have a better chance at returning those bomb serves?

Damn man, I was wrong about trotter. Who needs rally tolerance with serves and winners like these
He’ll get exposed outdoors but indoors he is deadly.
Same here. He played really well.
is rally tolerance the same as precision?
Congrats to James. Very impressive win. Tough loss for Nishesh but he has had a breakout year.
トロッターは両手からシングルハンドに変えて見違えるようによくなった。彼はツアーでも戦える選手の一人になるだろう。
Wow Troter has a huge serve. He did same thing to Nishesh second serve as Nisesh has been doing to other players second serve.
Trotter played fearless and indoors rewarded the risk. He kinda had to with Nishesh on the other side.
looks like trotter has exposed a few of nishesh's weaknesses
How tall is Trotter? He is listed as 6’0 on atp but he appears to be at least 6’4 and his game certainly appears to be that of a taller man
Met him in person; he’s taller than 6’; perhaps around 6’2’’
I believe he was listed at 6’3” during his Ohio State playing career
Looks bigger than 6'0.
Trotter on tha come up!
16 aces. Impressive
Trotter is a guy with scary talent. He beat both Tien and Basavareddy to win the title.
If Tien and Basavareddy had trouble with JT then it only gets harder in ATP with bigger hitters.

Tough to hit Basavareddy off the court like that. I rarely see one handed back hands that strong.
Congrats James! 🎉
I need to see trotter against a top 50 player he might be able to beat a few of them

he hits the ball sweet with great timing. is it lack of power?
The question is - did Trotter(who I believe is 25) figure something out this week, did he get hot and serve like a monster or did he take mushrooms?
Confidence from recent results AND indoor hardcourts reward his game.
課題はフィジカルとフットワークだが。
トロターくんは活動拠点はアメリカだけど、日本選手(日本国籍)なのが嬉しいね。
楽しみな選手だ
