There was when I visited in July 2019. There was security on the casino level (C), so I went downstairs to the beach lobby (B/BL) and to my surprise, the security guard monitoring the bank on the beach lobby wasn't there, so I managed to sneak on the elevator. Went up, and then right back down and out. Same thing happened at the Delano. I will be uploading my Vegas videos to my channel in the near future.

there isnt a card reader at this time. then they soon add a card reader and 61, 62, and foundation room was still being worked on as a floor.
