Sure thing, I use default raid frames with some WeakAuras, so they won't break on any update or anything. I haven't done any customization personally, other than setting maximum buffs to 6 for playing resto druid. Third, here is the WeakAura I use to track personal usage on the upper left. wago.io/qg8zT0ISf If you also want to track personal defensives on raidframes like you can see in my tindral video, that is through the Method Raid tools addon, but I generally don't use that, it was something I did for our raidleader.
