Does the onvif on this camera works if I block the camera from accessing the internet via vlan ?

Im not sure what you mean by block "via vlan". As long as your NVR can access the camera's IP address you should be able to access it via ONVIF.

@@BurnsHA i mean all of my cctv ip cameras can only access local network, I block all cameras from accessing the internet for security reasons.
