Mikey thinks he wasn't giving good content? Seeing how real the struggle is for someone as talented as he is, and just after he dominated in the regional the weekend before, is absolute gold. His willingness to talk through the tough stuff makes me appreciate, even more, the real difference between what the pros do day in and day out compared to bowling on house shot conditions. I bowled on a tough pattern in a tournament over the weekend and just couldn't see the right picture. Now I at least feel a little better about that. Thanks for the great content.
Amazing content as always! Although Mikey didn’t put up the scores he was hoping for, it was awesome to hear his thought processes and what he has learned as far as attacking the lanes on the PBA tour. That was a great learning experience for anyone who aspires to be a competitive bowler at the highest levels. Keep up the great work!
Next don't apologize Mikey. As a fan of the sport. You guys do this out of pure love of the game. It cost you time and money. You put things on hold in life for this. You guys work normal jobs like us but find the time to practice at this high level and compete with the best in the world. I have the ught most respect for you brother.
I'm surprised you were that far left and starting to swing it so much after just 3 games (4th game). That pair must have been crazy! Gotta remember what a great year you have had and that you just keep getting better. You got this!
That block was a perfect example of my typical performance in a pba regional. Have a game plan that looks great game one, anyway. 😅 3 years in, and I'll only give up when I can't physically compete anymore. 😂
I noticed something in your approach. After your push away and 1st 2 steps you turn your shoulders and arm behind you. I think by pushing out then "penduluming" your back swing it could improve your accuracy in hitting your mark. The body turn seems to be throwing you off.
Keep you head up Mikey. Honestly, a lot of people hear about the struggle in pro bowling but don’t get a chance to see it. He dropped some good nuggets for aspiring bowlers and the content was fine depending on how you viewed it. 💯

The lanes were tough period! The regionals I bowled I learned the same thing. The transitions are tough.

Wow. Quirky corkscrew backswing. Ever try straightening that out?
Whaaaat!? I need to know the backstory of how you guys set this up
We caught up with him before the block and brought it up to him. He said he would love to! We appreciated him giving us this opportunity!
@@realaverageatbestthat’s absolutely awesome!
wait.. so Brad actually did make it through the PTQs!?.. I thought it was gonna be a long winded joke when you started explaining the technicalities
Yep! He actually did make it into the main field and is crushing it so far
