I don't understand Kendalls faces, this is actually a good solo, the music is exciting and the storyline is actually interesting, but her lack of interest in the story and her lack of emotion just kills it for me, every time.

Marina Henriksen People forget that not everyone is capable of displaying emotion to such high intensity. Its actually not an easy thing and rarely comes naturally. Shes feeling the emotion just fine.. and its not that she cant express it because she is. Its just she cant project it like maddie or kalani can

She is so gorgeous, so elegant and the routine is great. But she can't emote and be on character. This performance is no different than watching her at home practicing. She frowns but doesn't communicate anguish. She smiles but doesn't translate o happiness. There is no real emotion there.
She coud've nail this solo, this dance is actually really good

All of her emotion is always in the last 8 counts for Kendall. She always lets go in the very last movement and has so much emotion. I notice that in both this solo and the Natalie Wood Solo. She just has no emotion and at the very end when it's too late, she comes alive.

ok this will blow your mind... maybe you know it but in competitions, you cant record. so the girls do thier dances twice. one for judges and one for recording. this is obviously the one for recording. she didn't even throw her scarf when she did the dance for the judges. just search "kendall blowing red" on youtube and watch all the other videos. she doesn't throw her scarf. so this is all fake and it is just for the drama

It’s always Kendall who gets the props to dance with poor girl. She looked so disappointed at the end but to be honest, she was never going to beat Maddie. I love Kendall and she’s a sweet girl, but she lacks the maturity and the capacity to express emotion, whilst on stage, which is a big part of the performance. When you’re able to embody the emotion behind the dance and express the words through your face and body, you can have your audience on the edge of their seats, like Kalani did in her solo “The Investment”. Hopefully she will get better as she gets older but until then, there’s not much point in giving her emotionally deep, captivating, lyrical & contemporary pieces.

But when hit the stage it's no longer about how great the choreography is coz I've seen amazing choreo lose. It's now how you portray that choreography that makes you to win or to lose

I honestly just feel so bad for her. Like this is embarrassing. She's not into it clearly. She can't dance or act. Mom, let her quit! I feel like that's what she wants to do. Doing this repeatedly on national tv definitely isn't going to be a positive career move.... and I don't think she honestly cares that she's terrible, she has no passion or drive anymore. Let her be done :(

She can't act or emote with her face, but no way is an "emabrassing" presentation. Keep being on TV is good for her career, people don't know shit about dance. So as long as her face is shown in Tv she will still be famous.
missymani Lol I've danced my entire life. I do know shit about dance. Do you? Are you familiar with the events they've been going to? They hardly compete against anyone. They're bound to win. Being on tv is definitely not always a positive career move, dependent on what you do with that air time.
fruitarian.yogi The point is that most people don't know shit about formal dance, so they will love Kendall for her personality. She seems to have modeling aspirations and singing aspirations, done't seem to be into dance anymore. So, her best shot is being at TV, unfortunately she is not overwhelmingly talented to say she is going to be the next dance star if she leaves the show. While she is seen on Tv she will get the modeling and pop music deals. Sad but true. Far more talented girls will never get a magazine cover just because they don't have a fan base like any of these teens do.
