I concur Robbo. Love riding in Winter conditions but Jesus Christ the cleaning... Went out 2 weeks ago and it took 2.5 hours to clean the bike to a half respectable condition
Bloody nightmare , it would be nice to live in a dry high elevation winter climate like some parts of the states but we are stuck on mud island. May be next winter I may take my bike to the Algarve. Thanks for checking in 👍

you're lucky it was so short Robbo, i picked something up in the 3rd week of november and that bas7ard had me best part of 4 weeks, proper rollercoaster and perhaps the worst virus i've ever had since the big one in 2010 - enjoy the trip and the sun down under 🙂 a 300 head for the 250 eh? Nice , look forward to that

I have been intrigued by the GPX 300. There is a dealer near me closing out TSE300L’s for $5000. I have considered purchasing one, however, where do you find replacement parts. I watched your video on the top end rebuild but could not find where you bought the parts. Any info would be great!
@@midwestDSA I can get parts direct from GPX in the Uk or there is lots of oem stuff on AliExpress. It’s seriously not an issue either here or in the states. GPX in Utah have everything. $5000 is a steal. Put VForce reeds and either a Genuine Keihin carb or XTNG Gen 3 Pro or Gen+ on and it will perform like any other carb’d high end 2 stroke enduro bike.

@ the 250e EFi wins for me no question. Smooth engine and Direct link suspension and over 100 plus miles to a tank on the trails.
