I've never seen anything like Alex Lau's volley boast return of serve to close out the match. No clue what was going through his head to choose that shot at that point of the match. Somehow he made it work though! Unbelievable stuff!
To play an intentional volley boast into the nick at 2*2 and 10/9 thereby winning the biggest match of his carrier against an opponent ranked some 30points above him, Lau (Tsz Kwan) takes the biscuit (or maybe magic mushrooms, who knows).
Khan. Just because he pretty much invented that shot lol.
Everyone else was spectacular too. Possibly the most decorated ‘shot of the month’ compilation in a long time. Amazing quality 👏👏
Khan, because I've never seen it before. It wasn't just a reverse angle: he seemingly aimed for, and hit, the front wall *vertical* nick, making it unplayable (even by Farag, who was right there).

What about some of the fantastic lob shot winners. There was one I recall in a team match. I believe Farag played it against Elshorbagi, but I'm not 100% sure. That was an incredible lob
Yes, I was thinking the same thing. I think you are right that it was Farag against Mo. El Shorbagy. Not sure if it could've been dug out of the back with an excavator.
Either Khan (I've never seen that one before!) or Kwan (the occasion magnifies that as it was a match ball)

the quality of squash keeps getting better, but sadly, quality of PSA stays the same. years and years of the same level of video quality, amount of cameras, commentary, quantity and price pools of tournaments etc...
