Obviously Elias...You have these super long attritional rallies and then out of nowhere this comes out. It even got a smile out of Paul Coll. Perfect squash.
Elias shot was truly amazing. He did it out of nowhere with such grace. To even think about going for that shot...first game of match, 10 all and 20+ mins gone by-- hard attritional squash. He's on a whole other level.
Amazing compilation. I wanted to mention El Tayeb with her three dives, but since this is a Shot Of The Month, not Rally Of The Month, it's got to be Elias vs. Coll
Yeah I saw that too but I think it's just the framerate of the replay. The tops of those tins make a hell of a noise when you wallop it as hard Shiha did, so I am sure the ref or Perry would have caught it if it was down.
@@maverickpearson9212 Perry did caught it. Did you see the game? It was protests for a minute or two. It is clearly never even above the angled portion of the tin.
@@maverickpearson9212 I feel that ball was down by a large amount. The slowmo indicates it was about 10cm down but then the argument of frame rate does come in. The sound to me is the giveaway, it appears to be slightly different than a hard shot above the tin. I feel it was definitely down and if it was that tight to the tin, it should have popped up.
That Houston court was atrocious, hope there's a standard set for courts where the ball has to always be visible during play for folks watching on screens
Rodriguez is still one of the most captivating players on tour, playing some extremely clever and creative squash despite nearing 40. What a legend

Elias imo - has the potential for shot of the year. Accuracy + disguise + fluidity. Just perfect.
Very similar to shabanas wonder

jana shina shot 7 looked down to me
The shot of Soliman was that good, absolutely invisible.
I hope Rodriguez never retires!
Elias! All day, every day. Shot of the year perhaps
Saved the best til last
3:59 so cool, a real shot!
Hesham hitting a behind the back shot and a crazy nick shot in the same rally deserves to be best
elias's shabana move

Que puntos de Miguel tan bravos 👍
Rodriguez last 1
watched Shiha's shot in slowmo and its like 10 centimeters down?
I thought that
It bounces quickly so it seems to be down but isnt. Watched it a couple of times in best quality and on 0.25 speed, pretty sure its in.

How is it that they didn't include that lob from the cannonball that literally got wedged under the back door!!! Travesty!
Which match?
Yeah woah I want to know what match this was??
Definitely, that would be my pic and I can’t believe they left it out
@@abdiver12 Which match dude??
@@gruffyddgozali Rodriguez Vs Dussourd at TOC. At 1-1 in the 2nd game.
Elias in the Rodriguez month
I think Gina Kennedys shot is actually the hardest here as it required so long a time in prep! Second is Elias cross court drop.
Wasn't that good though, Hania almost got it!
My pet duck chase me in kitchen!!
8 and 11

The last one, roderrrr..
Tayeb with the first shot of the month that ends in a stroke
Just Cannonball things
2 Miguel Rodrigez
Soliman
Elias wins - its not even close
