I see my life in two parts, my life before I heard hi high, and my life after hearing hi high. Truly the turning point.
I am so happy you enjoyed Hi High. When it first came out, there were a fair amount of people who didn't like it, because they thought it was just another cute concept (and it is on the cuter side). But it's got a lot of stuff to really love about it, and the vibe of the song is just so uplifting.
Favorite was actually a pre-release, while Hi High was their debut. It was more or less the perfect way to bring all the members together, because the songs showed two distinct sides of them (but even within the songs, like favorite with the RnB section, it's pretty dynamic).
With Loona, their current title tracks are going in a different direction, but there's still a lot of variation between them. They don't quite have a sound, but their title tracks all tend to be really interesting. Like So What probably won't be your favourite, but it's got a really nice bridge, while the [#] B-sides sometimes feel like Hi High (from the feeling).
But either way, this series of yours, as well as the Dreamcatcher and Mamamoo one are so great to watch. You're one of my favourite reactors and a part of that reason is how you're able to pick up on different pieces. It lets me appreciate the song even more too in how you pick out the different chords or melodies.
Hi high is definitely their best title track imo no other title track can top it and I’m glad they debuted with that song. Also, with the ateez mention, I think Loona debuted before them so i think it was Ateez that got inspired by Loona :)

Hallo FiFi :) "Favorite" was Loona's debut as a full 12 member group! The hype and anticipation was huge! It was so awesome to see all of them together for this song! It's also cool to see their production grow from debut to now. They are pretty BIG now ;-) !STAN LOONA!

after butterfly, loona went through a LOT of internal changes in their company and basically got totally different producers from so what forward (hello lee sooman) so thats why theres a sound difference!!! one of the reasons i like loona so much is you never really know what to expect when we get new music!!
You have to, HAVE TO listen to loona’s subunit’s mini album. The 2nd subunit, Odd Eye Circle with the mini album titled Max&Match. Filled with r&b greatness! Imo One of the best kpop albums EVER tied with f(x)’s Pink Tape

Yeah Loona has lots of good music
the thing with Loona guides is that they tell you more about the lore, like the girls' colours, their animals, their fruits, how they work in the loonaverse and from what world they're from. There are references to all of that info in the mvs, so if you want to learn more about the loonaverse, I'd still suggest you check out some guides!
