NS, CSX, & BNSF OCS Trains Leaving Augusta, GA Area After Masters Week 4/14/24 & 4/15/24

- It was an eventful weekend as three OCS trains depart Augusta, GA following the Masters golf tournament. On Sunday, we first see some CSX action with CSX M892 departing for Spartanburg and L610 bringing five of the CSX OCS cars into the yard from Harrisonville. Afterwards, NS 955 OCS departs Augusta as it would put the train together and turn around before heading north on the R Line towards Columbia doing some street running through 6th Street in downtown. The next day on Monday, NS 954 BNSF OCS heads back west towards Macon and Birmingham. As a bonus, I catch NS 192 with a UP unit and an ex-BNSF/KCS units

Almost got to take the bnsf one this year again. They were gonna call it too early for the macon crew but i got called in elsewhere so no luck. Always next year though

Did CSX's F40s break down again? I'm still at the beginning lol
They actually brought those cars on a freight to and from Waycross. The F40s were on a seperate OCS train to DC during the week.

So they didn't put the F-Units on the CSX OCS, that's odd.
They only sent a few OCS cars to Augusta tacked onto frieght trains. Most of the OCS is running around up north somewhere.
@@TheGeorgiaRoad Ah ok, I saw those cars back on the Waycross cam yesterday in the yard.
They were on the rear of M690/M691 between Augusta and Waycross.
