its dive leader course badge it will be silver with star. its a course for NSF to lead dives as dive sup but not a full fledged dive sup compared to the full dive sup course which is a gold ver of it

As a medic doing 24hrs duty, Hell Week was my top most hated week ever because if there's a casualty, it really was a casualty. 😂
Hell is not only "hell week" but also some months of hell of evolutions, of very long hours of difficult training
