    Hello Adam, my husband and I will be studying at USF starting Fall 2024. We really enjoy your videos, and we love Tampa. Could you make a video about the houses near USF as well as the overall community in that area? Regards

    • @TampaFloridaLiving

      The biggest community near usf is temple terrace. From there new tampa, wesley chapel, carrollwood, lake magdalene. You can find videos that include these areas on my channel

    Hey Adam, My wife and I are considering relocating in a couple of years. We just need to wait until our daughter, who is currently in 10th grade, graduates from high school. She isn't keen on moving right now, and we completely understand. We moved from CT to NC 5 years ago, but We are really interested in moving to Tampa. However, she's not ready to make a move at this time. My question to you is, when should I contact you to discuss our options? We are particularly interested in new construction.

    • @TampaFloridaLiving
      @TampaFloridaLiving  8 месяцев назад +1

      That’s a great question about timing and as a dad I can certainly appreciate waiting until it’s ready for her to finish high school. As far as timing, you can reach out anytime just to discuss and understand the city itself but for finding the right home etc. I would wait till you’re about 12 to 18 months out from purchasing Because things change so often

      While some hurricanes hit some counties in Florida almost every year, substantially hitting the same county again in less than a decade is much less frequent.
