The BSOD isn't fake at all; there's some graphic glitch in the BSOD, meaning that there's GPU failure on the computer. The music could play during BSOD, but it's very rare and will stop in very few seconds, probably because the computer has dedicated soundcard with some hardware acceleration (the sounds is processed directly into the dedicated soundcard processor instead of the computer CPU before going to the analog converter to output sound to the speakers) that makes it still plays fractions of the music while BSOD happens. All modern computers nowadays process sound through the computer's CPU instead of the dedicated "sound processor", then the processed sound goes to the analog converter chip to output the sound to the speaker, produces the sound in real life. That's why this kind of BSOD that still plays the fraction of the music for 1-2seconds is rare; most BSODs messes up all of the played sounds, because the sound is processed by the CPU instead of the dedicated sound processor. Note that the sound processor and the analog converter is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT thing.
