Hi there. I have the same machine but it takes a lot longer to steam milk. What setting do you have the steam boiler on? I’ve ended up putting mine on max and it is still slow..!

If you are using 2-group commercial machine, this is definitely slower. However, we think the speed is acceptable for home machine
