Yay for Crit Bot! That unit single Handedly slowed Claw's advance. Not that it mattered, but it would have taken an entire order to put the Zulu-Cobra on Suppressive Fire: the Hunzacut would have been able to template the unit for free. But it was a fun game that showed why one always takes a TR bot. Thank you again for the wonderful report!
You two had me cracking up with your reactions to the crits - Claw, I think you need to make sure you check Shrouded's dice next time lol. Btw - for those counting, rolling 2 crits on 4 dice is a 1.4 % chance. So to do it 4 times in a row is 1.4*1.4*1.4*1.4 or a .0000038% chance, so it should happen something like 1 in 250,000 attempts (roughly).
Though extremely improbable, still a nice game. A few reminders Claw, though to be fair playing a new army, or revisiting one that has not seen the table for a long time makes one forget a few crucial things. First of all you field Varuna Orcs, they do have stealth, as does Patsy. Second when you are in ZoC of an enemy repeater you have all enemy hackers in your hacking area, there is no need to do resets with your hackers go straight for Oblivion, its the same roll and if you succeed it hurts them, you could have for example forced the Druze to fight back your Orc Hacker instead of throwing that pitcher. Storm, I think the reimpersonation has been thoroughly covered. Outside of criticals, an interesting discussion is to be made with TAGs, if NCO or Grenade launcher would be more important.
Storm showing us that to be good at infinity you just need to learn to roll crits! Very entertaining game, even if I did feel a bit sorry for Claw in the face of that! Loving seeing the harbour board out again
Friday night. Just got home from playing Infinity, going to watch some Fast Panda Infinity. It's a good night. Too bad my wife and daughter left me... For the weekend.
Impersonation state example one seems to assume that a Impersonation skilled model can regain it its marker state, it is the example of what happens when a hidden deployment can see an impersonation model going back into marker state.
Might be a bit late to the party, but during the match the Varuna player activated Orcs and Patsy through a Smoke and the Varuna player said they don't have Stealth. Actually, they do, they were Varuna Division Orcs, which have Stealth and Patsy also has Stealth since she's a Varuna Division Orc as well.
@stormshroud - I am confused why you bothered to try and carbonite Patsy and then hit her in cover with a boarding shotgun when you could have just sent a missile at her.
Then, if you are going to go the route of shooting Patsy with a BSG, and she is Immobilized and in cover, why not just double template her? Sure, its not AP, but that would only reduce her armor from 4 to 2, but in cover it goes back up to 5, whereas templating her auto hits and negates the cover, so her armor is a 4. Was there a method to the madness and I just missed it?

The visual of the Varuna army climbing over the rocks to assault the Haqq harbor was very cool... then the first turn happened...
yeah, it happened 😣
Ouch. I had to close RUclips a fww times, it was just too painful!
we had to stop the filming a few times too

not as low a chance as I thought

cheers Storm we appreciate you comments
Flipping heck that was a lot of crits. Good game to watch despite the dicing. Cheers
cheers Kubladan
I can't but cheer for Haqqislam, but I do feel a bit dirty for it. :D That Shihab was a killer!
It was. I felt really bad but it was so ridiculous.

While a statistical anomaly, it once again proves that you should never fight a TR bot lol
It was ridiculous. Improbable doesn't feel sufficiently descriptive.
That total reaction remote sure deserves a medal to be painted on its chassis 😂
It really does. It was ridiculously accurate.

have a great one
I have to agree with Mom. Also, that table is fantastic.
cheers ⚡️ 🐼 ❤️

Thanks. We just couldn't find it mid game.
This was painful to watch... So MANY CRIIIIIIIIIITS 😂❤
Just a couple. But on so many rolls.
so painful to be there-TheClaw

woops, good spot.
thanks for watching
Thanks for the video.
you're welcome 😊
Well, that happened. Claws intro made me laugh. In terms of the game, not a lot to say - the number of crits was off the chain!
Cheers buddy and yes they were
Misleading title. That wasn't Uplink Center, it was Upcrit Center. 😂
certainly was
Cool table
thank you ⚡️🐼❤️
Hooo boy that TR-bot!
Yep it did astonishingly well.

we wondered that too between takes later
Hi Lobo. Do you do battle reports?

Thanks both were getting rules from older editions mixed in our heads.
So, after that statistical anomaly, Stormshroud should not have anymore crits for, i don't know, about 5 years 😂😂😂
at least
