I have a 2009 Macbook Pro (2.26 Ghz Core 2 Duo) and it was the same way. It used to be my daily driver, but became SO slow, it was almost non responsive! It, too, had a 5400rpm drive. I updated to an SSD, upgraded the RAM (from 2GB to 8GB) and am running Mojave. It is like I have a brand new computer! Even better (in some ways) to my 2017 MacBook AIR!
Thanks I have the same Macbook still laying around. If I purchase new RAM is there a certain brand or type I should look for for proper mac compatibility?
Hey, I thought this was a great video, definitely worth a like 👊 I just uploaded a video about my top 5 accessories for the MacBook Pro 😊 If you get the chance I’d love any comments or feedback you had on it! Keep up the great work ❤️
