Two thought, first, are there supposed to be straps right up under my babies armpits? Second, how hi should the babies head be above the cushion? Would have been better to show how to tighten on the parent after the baby was in.
Agreed, should have given more info. Says in the manual baby’s chin should be around about height of the pad, but still think both manual and vid could give more info
hmm im 5'10 and when i put this on the waist belt sits very high on me, tried adjusting all the settings but still seems to sit very high, any advice on this?
Pretty useless video. No info on setting up child in the actual carrier. Had problems today getting straps to tighten over shoulder What height should they sit ? Which strap tightens shoulders ? Best methods ...wtc.

Had the same issue with the shoulder straps, did you ever find a solution for tightening them?
@@HeadlaRed you need to release and tighten the cradle straps underneath. x2 clips...without child in it! :)
