For anybody that wants to try this, don't underestimate Riftmaker. Better yet, my favorite tank build for morde is: Runes: Conq Triumph Tenacity Last Stand - (middle resolve subrune based on matchup, I generally prefer second wind) and *revitalize* specifically, not overgrowth Build: Rylai's > Mercs/Steelcaps > Sunfire > Riftmaker > Spirit Visage > Unending Despair Heartsteel is fun, but Riftmaker damage + healing + ap passive is WAY too good to pass up, and will essentially "give" you more health than heartsteel adding 1800 to your max hp by late game. Also the Spirit Visage + revitalize + second wind healing is crazy. If you don't need all that armor you could do a Staff of Flowing Water instead of Unending Despair, or Kaenic Rookern/MR sunfire (forget the name) instead of sunfire.
Did you know Randuin Omen's crit reduction works against Shadowflame's crits, and Infinity Edge boosts 40% the Shadowflame's crit? It scales multiplicativelly though, so 20% AP crit converts to 28% (20%*(1 + 40/100)). This would works very well with Twisted Fate since he scales with crit.

Grasp a lot of the times will have more healing per match than conqueror on top of giving max hp obviously, and paired with a heartsteel, might have actually been the better keystone. Also lets you get demolish lol.
