I don't understand the difference between the covariance of -0.0164 compared to the covariance that was found earlier of 0.0083. When do you use either?

Last year was all good and easy .investing and. Learning from Romero pieto is a sure pass I gain on weekly contract deals such a straightforward man.
It is difficult to predict how reliable a person is on a short basis .But Mr pieto has proven to be reliable and a great asset in my trades.

But why do you still need the weights of the individual securities if you already have std dev and corr coeff?
