I love how intentional you are with your time ("between these times, I handle low-priority tasks") and you set a timer! I find when I set a timer, I'm much more productive. People need to understand, that being Single, doesn't mean we have all of this free time, or that we just sit around waiting for people to invite us to things and we're able to go...being Single means we don't have all of that free time, because WE are the primary person who is the cleaner, chef, errand runner, bill payer, plus manage time for ourselves with working out, journal/prayer time, rest time, etc. and we don't have the luxury of help, like couples who are in relationships/married!
Hi Lauren. Glad to hear you are back into trying different classes. Your hot pink workout set is very cute. Wanted to share some info I’ve been meaning to for a long time, per my physical therapist. When you use a laptop stand in a seated position like you do at your kitchen island and desk, it’s great because your eyes can look straight ahead at the screen instead of down so this prevents tech neck lines. That said, you are meant to get an external keyboard to connect to your laptop so that your arms maintain a 90 degree angle/ wrists are level with your desk/counter and not angled up. This helps to maintain correct posture and prevent wrist/arm pain that can occur with extended use. I hope this makes sense and helps. Take care!
