I MANAGED TO SOLVE IT BY TURNING OFF THE CONSOLE WITH THE MICRO SD INSERTED AND JUST PLUGGING IT INTO THE DOCK. FOR SOME REASON THIS FORCED THE MICRO SD TO BOOT FROM EMUNAND
Your account doesn't get banned unless you do really, really bad stuff on your switch, like NSFW and all that. But it's only your console that can get banned from going online. Therefore, if you get banned, you'd have to get a CPU swap from a donar console that hasnt been previously modded. I haven't yet hacked my switch, but I've been studying a lot on how to do so.

@itsHayden3 idk what can of modchip my switch has, but it only boots to OFW and it blinks blue then yellow twice this error happened twice the person that solder the modchip had to solder another one and I've got the same issue again, what could be the problem? can you please tell me?
