actually my mother tongue is French (and I hate French accent on English language but whatever that's my personal opinion), I just have the feeling they pretend to have a very strong accent cause a lot of English-speaking people love French accent

you kinda loose your accent when you sing, look at simple plan for example.
Chris Abisaleh yea. I feel people keep a little bit of their accent. But most definitely one loses their accent while singing. Maybe because the stretching of words and singing is all the same. Pretty nice and unifying
