We are referring the life of universe to the one day of brahma. Everyday he wakes up creates the universe, vishnu preserves and shiva destroys at the end of the day. Brahma's age 100years. This is equivalent to 311 trillion human years. But one day is fragmented into kalpas, Manvantaras, mahayugas, and yugas. So, to answer your question we are living in the universe, which is created by Brahma in his one day around his 51st year. There is no other god than brahma who creates the universe. And the lokas are inside a universe, 14 to be specific. Other universes are outside or simultaneously submerged with one another. But those universes have their own lokas.

There are several forms of Original & Only "Krishna" as Lord vishnu, As Karnodak Vishnu, Garbhodak vishnu & etc. So at the End of "Mahapralay" When the whole things get Dissolve & start getting recreate again, Then Sometime Brahma appear first, sometime Vishnu or sometime Shiva. For example In Shiva Puran, Shivji appeared first, But In Bhagwad puran Shivji appeared from Lord Brahma as his son, But that doesn't mean Lord Brahma is Superior than Shivji, Shivji was already there, He just appeared as that way. Just Because Vaman ( Lord vishnu ) got birth From Aditi ( Mother of lords ) does not mean He is her son. He Just appear in that form for a reason. We are referring the life of universe to the one day of brahma. Everyday he wakes up creates the universe, vishnu preserves and shiva destroys at the end of the day.
Brahma's age 100years. This is equivalent to 311 trillion human years.
But one day is fragmented into kalpas, Manvantaras, mahayugas, and yugas.
So, to answer your question we are living in the universe, which is created by Brahma in his one day around his 51st year.
There is no other god than brahma who creates the universe.
And the lokas are inside a universe, 14 to be specific.
Other universes are outside or simultaneously submerged with one another. But those universes have their own lokas.
