I think the bad showing at the last World Cup combined with the fact it may be LeBron, Steph, and KD's last chances to play on the national team just brought a perfect storm together. A lot of the competition around the world has caught up in the last 20 years. I think USA Basketball wants to restore their dominance and not just win games, but blow everybody out like they used to pre-2004.

I rarely play basketball and i can spin any regular sized ball on any of my fingers (apart from my pinky). It took me exactly 1 month to be able to do it, that’s how difficult it is.

It’s kinda one of those things you develop when ur a kid. From the age of 7 I was able to do it on every finger on my dominate hand for as long as I want. Could never figure out how to get my non Dominant hand going though
for ur non dominant hand it helps if you spin with ur right hand and land it on ur left.
And grip training helps.
