Strange would be able to hold his own against Agatha, her main ability is being able steal the magic from other witches. Strange doesn't have the same type of magic so it can't be absorbed. That's why his magic can deflect Wandas chaos magic. Him fighting against Wanda and Wiccan would be harder because their reality warping abilities would make it unpredictable. His best chance would be to get them both trapped in the mirror dimension to level the playing field. What always made Strange so great was he recognized that he doesn't have to be more powerful than his enemies, he just has to be smarter than them. So luring the three into the mirror dimension where he is the only one that understands how the mirror dimension works would confuse them. Not to mention it would make sure there wasn't any additional casualties.

Agatha probably wouldn't even need to do anything. As soon as Wanda breaks the shield, they just need to let the sorcerers attack her... if Mordo can take People's magic, then Agatha is lvl 10 on that skill.

I think Agatha can take anyone's power, not just magic. She took chaos magic and some of Deaths power which killed her
