Love your vids as I am a apprentice floor fitter that knows how to do amtico, carpets tiles and learning how to do vinyl, but always looking for an easier way to do things, and learn new things on your channel helps a lot keep It up. And also what’s your favourite utility knife to use because I’m thinking of getting a new knife but don’t know which one? Thanks
So I split the room in half both ways making sure there are big cuts drawing lines then run the tiles in the middle of the room then splitting the room into quarters and filling out each quarter to the corner I do this because I'm not the most accurate tiles in world so when they run out which they will they only run out in each corner but if you started one corner of the room filling out the room they will run out in all directions hope this helps
I appreciate the vid but I don't know how you know where to cut and for how long. Also at 3:14 -3:16 something is cut because it jumps from a cut to replacing a tile that was already there

You score opposite from ware the wall is around doorframes it's a bit tricky to get exactly right but with practice you will get there 👍
Great video, if you have large area of carpet tiles how do you set out your start so they remain square ?

But there was no explanation about how to measure and do it, just music.
It it were wood just get a oscillating tool and there wouldn't be any need for cutting like that
