Console command to change storage capacity:
setav carryweight (Insert desired capacity here)
In this video I finish my Storage Outposts. I build storage for all my weapons and armor, several habs including a workshop and the beginnings of a trophy room.

There are mods that increase the limit on turrets and bots and buildings if you are interested.
