Every time someone calls The Ghoul "Coop" it never fails to make me think of Special Agent Dale Cooper from Twin Peaks, who was played by Kyle MacLachlan who also happens to be in this show 😂
That is not a German Shepherd. It's a Belgian Malinois. As a Belgian I can recognize our National dog breed from a mile away. It's Johnathan Nolan's favorite dog breed. He put on in Person of Interest too.
@@revylokesh1783 They are smaller and lighter and way more athletic, which is why they are the prefered dogs for Special Forces all across the world. They are light enough so a soldier can strap one to their chest when they sky dive or abseil down the sides of buildings. They can run up walls vertically up to about 15 feet which a German Shepherd can't do at all. Germans make great guard dogs, the Malinois makes a great attack dog.
I watched a video about this dog breed a couple days ago. It's interesting that Malinois dogs so much workaholic creatures. They basically can't live in idle style. These dogs actually very fitting into this world.
I like how while it can take a minute for the audience to warm up to Maximus and accept him as a good guy, the parallels still show that he's a better person than Titus: when Titus faced an abomination, he screamed ("f*ck f*ck f*ck") and ran away, and whatever happened to his squire wasn't his problem. However when Maximus does the same thing down to the line, he's running towards the abomination to save his squire. He may be an idiot, but he's not a bad guy
"I am a Knight of the Brotherhood" is what he uses as a mantra to calm himself. A perfect distinction. Even though he isn't one, he wants to live up to the ideals they're supposed to have. Or at least, used to have.
@@canadian__ninja That's true, but it also serves to illustrate what Wilzig tells Lucy: Titus was cynical and disillusioned because he had seen the Wasteland, he had been on pointless missions for the Brotherhood, he probably risked his neck more than once in the past. Maximus is seeing the "real world" for the first time since he was a kid, so he doesn't know how bad things can be. He's almost as naive and idealistic as Lucy, so will he still believe in the Brotherhood's values when he becomes a completely different person, having met reality?

It's fun to listen to you guys talk about whatever you watch in a language that's not native to you. 🙂 Both of you do really well but sometimes you miss by just barely enough that it's pretty funny. So, in English, the exact translation of "savory" (or, "savoury" in Britain) means, "food that is salty or spicy" rather than "sweet," with the further connotation that the food is tasty and enjoyable. Weirdly, the variations of the word get used in ways that don't parallel one another, exactly. So, when we say, "savory" that almost exclusively refers to food -- especially salty snacks. But, when we say we "savor" something, that can mean we enjoy it, even if it's not necessarily food. One can "savor" any sort of satisfying experience. However, we seldom use the word "unsavory" to refer to food. Instead, we almost always use it to refer to an unpleasant person who does unethical things. So, you can use the word "unsavory" to describe people who are untrustworthy or morally questionable. But, to call someone "not savory" is to say he or she isn't a salty, spicy enjoyable snack. (To illustrate how that nuance can be used to fine comedic effect, see Cordelia Chase's reaction the first time she sees Angel... 😆.) Now, there is almost *no way* you could know that if someone didn't explain it to you, so Kat shouldn't feel bad. But it was funny. 🙂
Just a small Info: a squires duty is to protect his Lord. Is the knight dead and the squire alive, the squire failed,no matter the circumstances. They would hang him. His only chance is to find the target and hope, they will find this a plus- point. ( Middleage settings complete.Squired were absolute expendable) Titus was this much in this mindset, that He was sure, his squire will welcome his punishment with the honor of a squire. Squires sometimes killed themself when they were not able to protect their Lord. " Whatever helps the Brotherhood, even If it cost my live" said Max. He ment, that He is OK with being punished, when he is a Problem.
This was an interesting episode about them chasing "The Head". They really got creative with the creatures, I mean who designed the Gulper with hundreds of fingers in it's mouth? What is the medicine that The Ghoul is inhaling? I would imagine a steady supply of something like that would be hard to come by in this world because he was really mad when the Gulper crushed his vials. Where is the The Ghoul getting all the ammunition that he uses? He used up a lot in that shootout in Filly but he seems to have an endless supply.
If he's the "endgame" high-level player type that some suggest, then he's probably well supplied with ammo and caps (also why he could just toss a handful of caps in the air for the tomatoes like he didn't care about losing the caps). Just a thought. :)
