ट्रेडमार्क मैंने सिर्फ वर्ल्ड मार्क मैं फाइल किया है मतलब लोगों नहीं दिया है सिर्फ टेक्स्ट में है
फाइल करने के 2 महीने बाद एक कंपनी ने उसी नाम से डिवाइस कैटेगरी में वही नाम से ट्रेडमार्क बनने के लिए दिया है जो मैंने वर्ल्ड मारक के लिए दिया है
उसकी कंपनी 2021 से रजिस्टर्ड है
तो ऐसे में क्या मेरा ट्रेडमार्क ऑपोज्ड होगा और किस को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी ट्रेडमार्क के लिए
