Is it me or the audience looks so quiet? I would be jumping off the stage and dancing the mosh pit in Mexico Horns 🤘 Beautiful though!!
Most of the moshers are in the middle of the club floor. If I knew this was being pro filmed had I attended, I'd take just a few pics and maybe try to mosh a bit lol... but at 47 (in 2022) IDK LOL... probably would have stayed in the bar chugging beer instead while watching :P

when you listen to glen and the band, especialy after 31 yrs after legion, it brings to mind the word "underrated". steve is still incredible and glen has still got the vocals. the new guitarist makes a big difference too.

@@LeoPresents for sure ! I have to wear earplugs at live shows due to tinnitus, and that makes the audio quite muffled so it's nice to hear a soundboard recording

Steve Asheim has always been one of my favorite drummers but he really shows off his chops and technical abilities on Legion. For a guy who hasn't played this material in probably decades let alone playing some of these songs for the 1st time ever live, hes on point and doesn't miss a beat. I wish Glen, Steve and the Hoffman bros would reconcile their differences and get back together and play Legion in its entirety.. now that would be epic.

Why is Steve struggling with double bass during Satan spawn? He’s not playing it true to the album
He's old, and without the hoffman bros it can't be the Legion we grew up blasting. It's slower but Steve somehow makes up for it, guy can't be extra killer forever.

I'm fed up with these nitpicking pillow biters who forget these blokes are human and finite, even Steve said in a short instructional vid on blast beats that theres a lot of cheating in there, back to this ppl i'm talking above, do they forget how extremely close to mistakes we actually, at anytime, no matter how hard ones practice routine may be?

I wanted to say that I don't really like this album, and I don't understand why it was so appreciated back then. To me, it sounds really boring compared to their previous release, their first album, which I consider one of their best works, as well as their next release. This album claims to be a technical record, but every time I try to listen to it, I can clearly hear a lack of synchronization between the bass and drums. Not to mention that the bass drum work is also poor and off the timing. The overall mix of the album is also bad. In my opinion, this album is one of the weakest in their discography. That's just my honest opinion, though. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyways, no hard feelings. Cheers!

Truly. I break down in laughter when I hear "Blessed are the Sick," and frequently I cannot refrain from chuckling when I hear Carcass's "Heartwork." Then, there are those moments when I put Pestilence, Cynic, or Atheist' debut on for a change--how hilarious...
