Glass size 200 ml.
Ingredient for the dough
2 glasses of milk
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
10 g yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
125 ml oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
6 glass flour
The mixture we use in
1 glass of flour
50 g butter
1 heaping teaspoon fennel
1 full teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For between layers
200 g butter
1/2 glass oil
For over
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
Black cumin
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
