At least in the comic where Superman says “I won’t stop you if you want to kill yourself” he doesn’t actually mean it, he’s just giving the woman a chance to choose for herself, and he’d save her either way. In this movie he just wants the kid to die.

"Inflation is going down" just means that money is being devalued slower. The inflation rate is still 4-5%, compared to the 1-3% it was during the late 2010s. Sure, that's higher than the peak at around 9% in 2022, but you also have to remember that that 9% rate still happened and the effects of it are never going to go away. Of course, there are middle class conservatives, but a large part of the populist conservative movement is working class to lower middle class, and they absolutely have legitimate problems when necessities (groceries, gas, childcare) are costing more than they ever have and wealth inequality is going up. Again, I'm not saying that I agree with the populist conservative movement, but that doesn't mean that we should act like rural, working class people or urban, blue collar laborers that are getting more and more radicalized by conservative movements don't have problems. They absolutely have problems, and they are getting worse

From what I hear it's similar to the Spiderman Lotus shit where the lead actor or director got exposed for racism in real life.
