This tense shows an action that will be in Progress in the future at a specific time.
as you all know, there are two patterns to talk about future:
using
1. will + be + Ving
2. Be going to + be + Ving

Examples:
Positive:
They will be working at 9 tonight.
Negative:
They won't be working at 9 tonight.
Question:
Will they be working at 9 tonight.
