First, I love your tutorials! I purchased Designer Edition for the purpose of saving some of my Studio files to SVG. I have a few questions that I hope you can help me with. 1) When saving Silhouette Design store content, the exported files have dotted lines. Can the SVG exported file be reverted into a “regular” line? Is this Silhouette’s way of forcing customers to purchase their SVGs? 2) Does Designer Edition create true SVGs? I continue to have issues importing Designer Edition SVG files into Canvas Workspace (Brother Scan n Cut software). Thanks! Patty

I updated but it's not printing the whole decal?? I got a logo off of the internet but I can't print that with basic? Ughhhh...going to get my hammer..brb
I cannot change how my SVGs come in. I have Cameo 4 version 4.4. when I put it in design and hit cut It will not do anything. It only has a red box around the whole image. Can you help with this
Hi there! Sounds like you may be importing the PNG rather than the SVG. You will want to make sure you have designer edition (or higher) of Silhouette Studio to import SVGs. If you still have trouble, I'd contact where you got the SVG from.

How do you set your mat size to 12” by default?

You can not do that with Basic edition. To do what she showed in this video, you need to upgrade to Designer or higher.
