I remember there was open bidding for those homes a couple years ago, winning bids were 100 to 200k above asking, then you need to pay for design upgrades, appliances, window coverings, then landscaping. I would estimate folks would be in the $2M area when all is said and done. Probably a good deal now!

So does all of san diego have difficulty with fire insurance or just near 56 freeway? I actually really wanted this house :(

Hi Jasmine, I just emailed you...Most houses in SoCal have to use the CA Fair plan
for Fire Insurance. It cost about double what Insurance would normally cost through a large insurance company. Hope that helps!
