- The first video in my "break week" video selections. I'll tell you the basic story for this game but you can kind of tell by the cutscenes. SPOILER ALERT
Mario, Luigi, and others are invited to Peach and Toadsworth's new Baseball Kingdom, where they of course play baseball. Mario, Luigi, Daisy, Peach, Donkey Kong, Wario, and Yoshi all have their own stadiums. After a long and stressful game at Mario Stadium, Bowser Jr. attacks the kingdom and rams into it with his own stadium: Bowser Jr. Playroom. All the minions of the Koopa Troop escape into the island. Mario and Luigi round up players so they can defeat Bowser Jr. After doing so, Bowser challenges them to the ultimate face-off at Bowser's Castle. This defeat comes about quickly but Bowser and Bowser Jr. are invited to a celebration where Wario and Waluigi come up with shenanigans. The people at Baseball Kingdom celebrate. There is even a shocking ending with Bowser and Mario. Please enjoy, keep watching, and subscribe! :)

Daisy got a lot of attention in the cutscenes more than Peach. I’m surprised.

Maybe because Peach is first seen as a statue in the Story Mode’s overworld. I forget if freeing her is optional… but it’s not something you have to do right away.
Daisy actively hosts sporting events in her region. From Soccer, Baseball, to giant Parties
Peach is her guest.
That's her Mario Lore.
I'm assuming Waluigi is a denizen of Sarasaland, that's why him and Wario meet up to ruin the festivities.

Call it, the bad guy was beaten (as usual) fair and square and says something along the lines of 'You can't beat them, join them'. Makes me wonder, if they were taking 5 on break from whichever game they played in, if Mario and Bowser got drinks on one another every once in a while

Bowser deserves a lot more than he's given! Especially if he's a father to a son who wants to brag about how cool his papa is. Nintendo, if Bowser doesn't get more respect or at least some recognition, I'm gonna lose my head!

[Wario shoves a Bullet Bill into the pitching machine, then the Wario Bros. take cover.]
Mario: *confused* "...Huh?"
[Bullet Bill rockets towards Mario.]
Mario: *surprised* "What?! Why is there a Bullet Bill in there?!"
[Bowser jumps in front of Mario.]
Mario: *shocked* "Bowser?! What are you--?!"
Bowser: "Hey, chumps! If anybody's going to take down Mario, it's gonna be me!"
[Bowser hits the Bullet Bill back at the Wario Bros.]
Wario: *nervously* "Why is Bowser helping him?!"
Waluigi: "We better run!"
[Bullet Bill destroys the pitching machine and continues to aim at the Wario Bros. The Bullet Bill grabs the Wario Bros. and shoots for the sky, exploding and creating a big firework show. Wario and Waluigi start falling, uninjured from the blast.]
Wario: "Oh, no! Why is Bowser having a change of heart?!"
Waluigi: "Bowser cheated! Next time, I cheat! Wahaha!"
[Everyone else on Baseball Island cheer for the firework show, unaware of what happened in the stadium.]
Mario: *thinking* "That... was impressive. Not bad, Bowser. Thank you."

I miss that game SO Much. A lot of Fun modes besides regular baseball. Even so, it was fun.

Remember, when someone sad someone that Wario and Waluigi are good guys, remind them of the time they tired to have Mario killed at a cease-fire fireworks show.
They also tried to kill Mario in the opening of Power Tennis along with Bowser.
I remember that if you managed to get bowser and donkey kong in this game, you basically were the winner.

hol up right quick... let me just get the facts, OK so the squad over here getting invited to an island to play baseball right, Mario, Luigi, peach, Daisy, all of em. bowser show up from the mushroom kingdom not doing anything wrong just playing some baseball( now I know he messes up sometimes but Mario use to electrocute donkey Kong's son so don't even stress bowser like that) DK forgave Mario but y'all can't forgive bowser, I mean he already got beaten at baseball in front of his squad and you give him a little centimeter tall cake to eat.....ARE ARE U FOR REAL THO not even a lot for his baby neither and then waluigi and wario who somehow still got invited tries to kill Mario with a FAT OL BULLET! they tryna off him for real what does this(not butthurt like some people) dragon do SAVE HIM!!! and then Mario gonna stand there like he ghandi while my homie bowser just walks away....smh

I feel Bowser saves Mario and Donkey Kong because of the generosity he and his son were given, despite all the things they did. It just goes to show how some villains step up to the plate to save the heroes, and beat the crap outta Wario and Waluigi.

I think Bowser just didn't want much food. You know, after being accepted to a party full of people you tried to conquer.
Knowing how they make/made bowser in 3rd party games he usually would have sat there and made Mario say thank you, that along with the way he tapped his fingers to the table leads people to think he’s being modest for a change. A fitting end when you realize the whole point of the island is to have fun as a group
It's Bowser's way of thanking Mario and Co. as a whole for being nice and using the Olive Branch and not the Sword when all is said and done.

Ok when i played this game with my sister a few years ago the only characters we could get consistent homeruns with were the toads and im not sure if its a statistical thing or just a random luck thing. Has this happened to anyone else?
