The Primeagen (and Asmonbald) does loads of react content stuff, I'm always in two minds about it as I want their perspective on it.
I really respect these map makers demonstrating the dangers of gambling in a safe environment where no real money is involved. Watching all that gold disappear is amusing when it isn't someone's life being destroyed for real.

If someone uses 25% or more of someone else's video, then that same percentage (of income earned) should be auto transferred to the original creator. So if you react to 100% of someone's video, then 100% of the money you make should go to the original creator.
React streamers, could do a timer sync with viewers if they want to keep 100% of the income. That way the original video also gets the views and income from everyone watching while they also watch/listen to the react streamer.
The percentage based income transfer would promote react streamers to pick and choose essential pieces of others videos to "react" or "respond" to. Anything under 25% is free use and seems like a fair amount for the react streamer to insert their own originality.
As someone who waits to binge I can’t respect us. It hurts the chances that a super good show gets picked up for another season 😅😅

That's more akin to inflation.
A good example is that recently a hockey player highkicked another player in the jugular and he died within seconds, but instead of that guy going to jail he's just banned from the sport permanently and now everyone in the league has to wear neckguards despite this issue NEVER happening before.
