    Can a use DSCR loan for 3rd of 4rth long term rental property when I’m already tapped out on my DTI?

      DTI doesn't matter for DSCR loans. :) so yes you can buy as many as you'd like.

      Depends a lot on the loan amount, but usually dscr loans come with 1-4 points.

    Hi Jeff, my question is I’ve been thinking about getting a cash out refi on a paid off house that I own so I can use that money for the DP and reserves. Will that affect the process of getting approved for a DSCR loan?

    I have few LTR properties. I dont have positive cash flow. Would that qualify for DSCR?

      Yes there are a few options for properties that don't quite cash-flow.
