Which means you can push yourself to go harder for longer than most. Probably one of the reasons why you are a top athlete in your sport! 🙂

Absolutely not! 40 is young! Be sure to prioritize health no matter the age: jump on softer surfaces like wood or mats, NOT concrete. Really hard up your calves (for Achilles) & work on shin strength.

Hi Tori!! Happy New Year!!! Is Jump Roping good for losing weight and slimming down your legs? I have an Endomorph body shape and I bulk up easily, which I don't want. Ed Jackowski of Excude fitness advised that jump rope is the best and only exercise for endomorphs to do to avoid bulking up. Do you agree?? Thanks for your help ❤.😊.
