Neymar would do this one time, in any Sunday League. They will throw fists. Those kind of players know nothing will happen infront of cameras. I remember a Ajax player telling his opponent to stop, pointing at his "injured" team mate. When his opponent stopped to look back, the Ajax player ran with the ball towards goal. The whole stadium cheered.
