Finally a video featuring 2 wd Tacomas. Thank you. Please provide some info on your lift kit Brand and size ! Tire and wheel combos! Thank you Awesome Video!
Man it’s tough to drive in sandy terrain. Good on you guys. Wish I could get out of these low bottom clay areas. Definitely don’t need 4wd here. Hats off.
2wd tacomas are inpressive for what they are ..but man i couldnt imagine spending that much and not having 4x4 option if it were ever needed ..2wd goes pretty good with good tires ..but still yet ..so glad i got a 4x4 and v6 2020 tacoma
Get the sr5 and add a rear locker. Then you can actually use it in more than just 4 low. And save a boat load of money to upgrade better than the pro if you want.
That's what I did with my 2020 SR5 4WD, regeared to 4.88 and added ARB front and rear lockers. Mostly use it for Camping/overlanding, fishing and hunting. I do a lot solo so just like having the extra ability. Pretty capable and way cheaper than a Pro
2wd is impressive! I have a 23 trd sport 6 speed manual in Barcelona red! Got it because don’t need an off road with diff locker, like the colour matched fender and hood scoop much better and it’s 98% as effective off road!!!
Finally a video with a SR5 2WD going off road. So hard to find on YT. I have a 2019 SR5 2WD. Giving me some ideas man. I'm not looking to rock crawl but I wouldn't mind trying my Taco on something similar. Great vid man...thanks.
Had to drive down a ranch road that that the owner had just made so the ground was very soft and sand like turned on the lsd and I just made it I mean I was hammering on the gas going 7mph but it made it lol
Tacoma 2wd are more capable then people think, with off road tires, suspension, air down, trac off and skill they can do a lot, if you re-gear and add an air locker then your golden. Nice vid guys!
This was at Bear Valley Loop in San Diego! 🔥
Impressive! Great example of what a 2wd Tacoma can do with all terrains.

2 inch block lift
Recommendation on suspension setup?
why would you get a 2wd truck period? let alone a trd offroad i didnt even think that was an option
Well i dont off road often so i dont need to pay extra for 4x4
imagine buying an "off-road" that's only 2x4
Very nice I just added some 275s BF Goodrich AT to my SR5

Wow I’m definitely going to try that trail out in my TRD 😆

2wd can make it though alot of stuff if you're giving it the beans all the time . If you really want to test it slow and steady

True that!
I was today years old when I learned they made the Offroad in 2wd. I have an Offroad myself and thought they were all 4wd. 🤯
Yes interesting huh
Toyota has been doing it since the first gen Tacoma

It would be interesting to see these same trucks in sand. Air down and see if they are capable.

Moms bf Silverado 2500 got stuck and needed to use 4wd
My 2012 camry could do that trail
hmmm i dont the clearance would be enough
@@TheUnrestricted there was nothing i saw on that trail that required high clearance.
good job,

Yeah for sure!
🤣😂 80 % of this I can drive my Vw Gti on.
hm maybe
Man these vw drivers have no limits to their bs😂
Like the license plate #freepal
yesssir! Thanks
can you give me the address of ai?
Bear valley loop alpine
Wtf would you buy a 2wd 🤣. Now go out there in the rain.
People have been using 2WD cars in the rain for decades. If you need 4x4 in the rain then that's a driver problem.
@@crusherman96 rain on that trail bud
