    Good tutorial. I got a lot of doubts clarified. Very helpful for those who takes az104 examination. Initially I felt complicated, but after listening to it couple of times I understood the concepts clearly. Demo is really complementing the initial lecture. Looking forwards to have more sessions like this.

    This video is good for those who know and have basic networking knowledge. I am working on Microsoft Azure so the terms used here can only be understood to those who have basic knowledge atleast.

    Thanks for post this video, I've seen all the past chapters and all concepts that the expositors showed was clear.... but I have to say about the person that explain this Azure Network Chapter has to improve the explanation because I have knowledge of network fundamentals and I didn't understand him and I had difficulties digesting this concepts that he tried to explain.
    This chapter is the most valuable topic in the Exam (30-35%) and it's important to have all this themes clear and easy to handle.
    Sorry, but that's my opinion, I hope you guys take this on mind and search another method or use more graphical examples about when to use NGS, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall, etc.

    49:30 Gateway is needed while communicating between different VNets. Even when we communicate between different subnets or VLAN within a network (or virtual network) gateway router is involved.

    • @mayurdate6308
      @mayurdate6308 3 года назад +1

      Not necessarily..if you have two VNETs peered then no gateway is needed for that. Virtual network peering enables you to seamlessly connect two or more Virtual Networks in Azure. The virtual networks appear as one for connectivity purposes. The traffic between virtual machines in peered virtual networks uses the Microsoft backbone infrastructure. Like traffic between virtual machines in the same network, traffic is routed through Microsoft's private network only.
      You need gateway only if you connect two VNET with IPSEC tunnel instead of peering.

    I'm working in azure for 2 years as network administrator with 10 years of experience in onpremise network.. I have seen some explanation are wrong or complicated and other person interrupted to make it simple.. also hard to understand MPLS,VRF,PPPOe concepts for non networking background members.. but those are good information for network background guys..

  • @prasade2068

    Accepted, subject is complicated to digest if the participant is not from Network background with Azure UI. Feels execution is quite complex for the targeted set up, could be better if we have the pictorial setup presentation first with required AZURE UI components and then go step by step presenting the Targeted Pictorial diagram.

    You need to have networking exp to understand this session. Most of the chapters goes out of my head. Anyway it is my fault as I am new to networking concept, but it is very great session to watch free of cost.

    I think stateful nature is wrongly mentioned.. as per my understanding stateful if you define something on incoming , it takes care of the same for outgoing and vice versa

    The way he is explained it's not understandable for new who don't have basic knowledge.
    The last 3 session was pretty good but this was not because the way he explained it's not understandable.
    Request you to release other video for network series.
    Thanks

    I have been following the series and at this point of time I feel like the explanation part is messed up in the most important regions of the AZ-104 certification.
    Like containers services explained in session 2 was bad and now this one.
    It feels like you guys are focused on completing the PPT rather than concepts.
    I am new to the cloud and feels little discouraged by seeing contents like this which are not well explained.
    It's not about person, it's like not everyone is trainer, it seems like they are great while working on the technology but when it comes to teaching it not even crosses a level that can be considered even good.
    Sorry to say that but in my opinion it demotivates us to follow AzureTalk also. You guys are putting so much efforts and I don't want it to go in wein. People coming in sessions giving their 3 hours trying to learn something, but leaving in between due to explanation.
    Please understand we do not come here to read PPT.

    • @AzureTalk
      @AzureTalk  3 года назад

      Dear Virendra, I understand this one did not go as we expected. I will request you to go through a few other sessions where people have well appreciated the efforts. The only part that is discouraging to us as the community is, you are passing your judgment on the entire community based on one session out of hundreds.
      We are trying our best to give each and every topic in the most practical and easy-to-understand manner but try to also understand that it's ultimately human and human do not meet all the expectations at times.
      Thanks for your feedback and we are trying our best to improve on this but please frame your conclusion or feedback for the entire group based on multiple sessions and not just one session.
      Again, we accept we did not meet the bar on this one, but certainly, we will if we have a learning attitude and an awesome community already which inspire us to do more!
