And even if synergizing relics are not a mechanic of the main game (I think it is a mechanic from ReplayTheSpire), there should at least be an event that lets you "combine" them to some effect. Something like "In a dream you see a white beast charging towards an extremely high bamboo over and over with no effect. What do you do? 1) Hunt the beast --> Suffer x damage. 30% add a Pain to your deck. + y Max hp. Lose White Beast Statue. You hunt the beasts and get hurt, there is a chance the wounds will cause pain for a while. It's meat was delicious and full of nobility. 2) Fell the tree. Lose Sozu and White Beast Statue. Gain "White Temple of the Beast" ( Gain 1 energy. Potions are 25% less effective. You cannot buy potions at shops). Lose 5~ max hp. You help the beast in felling the huge tree. The fatigue is great and you feel like your muscles will not be the same. When you finally manage to recover enough energy to look at the beast, it has disappeared. In his place stands a small temple made completely of bamboo, you notice a little statue inside. You wave at the temple before departing and almost feel like you saw a flickering light waving back. Your journey through the Spire continues. ----------- Obviously this was only thought in the moment and is probably an insult to the game's lore, but I would find something like this cool.
Hey Rhapsody. Just wanted to say thanks for going into detail with everything. The artifact + flex/potion/Defects focus loss each turn, to keep the full bonus.. The ordering of cards, building decks, etc. I could go on about the things I've learned! Plus you're the only STS runner I can stand lol. I find most of the others to be obnoxious or somewhat egotistical or just playing too safe. Hopefully this run goes better than ep. 10 lol

It's been long enough since I've watched your slay the spire playlist that I can do a rewatch of it without it being too fresh in my mind and I'm absolutely delighted by this episode that is exactly the reason I call caltrops the heart killer
Could have taken better advantadge of the art of war, you kept playing strikes that did nothing except take away energy from you next turn even though calipers would allow you to keep some block for the next few turns....

I must say, you are insane! I’ve only played ironclad so far and i love it so far! I’ve reached the end boss of act 3 once with a insane strength build but I was lacking defense... and didn’t know it regained her 300hp after the first kill! Love the content! You maybe have any real beginner tips and tricks video’s?
why not pick up blur early? maybe i overvalue it but it really smooths up some bad turns sometimes, especially good in lower ascention since youre more likely to overblock
As of the time you could have taken velvet choker: 4 energy, burst 3, card 2(maybe 3 of zero cost), card 1 (2/3) and thats 5 cards and all but one of your energy for one last card, unless you played a zero cost, which you had 3, 1 neutralize which can’t be burstsd, 1 echos, which exhausts and that play will then become defensive as hell, and 1 plans, which is a power, choker definitely would have been a good idea, especially if you picked up a 2 cost skill
Idk it's a bug or not but i pick potion belt so i have 5 slot... Then i come to question mark and meet the event that gave me 3 option to lose something for relic... One of them is potion belt... I chose that and my potion slot still 5...
You can double Echo Form with Echo Form so I'm sure you can. Could get pretty nutty if they're upgraded Bursts provided one has the energy needed to make full use of them.
White Beast and souzu should synergize. If you get them both it should remove the positive of white beast and the negative of souzu.
