    Thanks for this video. One thing I learned from this video was "left nostril breathing". I will do this exercise from time to time.😊

    This id Gold,to me❤as a tetired teacher,Brit, Lit, +having taught frama,i firgit all about my training due to being in flight, fight, freeze..tu fir this,USS, very grateful.what is yr opinion on supplimental o2, ❤❤❤

      Supplemental O2, if you need it, can be very beneficial. Especially in the case of something like long covid.
      However, if you have dysfunctional breathing, you can do a lot to ease your symptoms by learning functional breathing.

    How to know if we have sleep apnea, l cov 3 yrs w comorbbidities..sjogrens, dry mouth + eyes ,using dehumidifier?do run air purifier, tu, USA here

      A sleep study will tell you pretty conclusively if you have sleep apnea @brendabrenner2891.
      Functional breathing like Buteyko can help a lot with such conditions but make sure to keep in consultation with your physician.
      Dehumidifiers are good if you have an overly moist or humid environment.
      Dry air is naturally humidified by the lungs when we breathe through the nose.
      But mouth breathing in dry air climates can irritate the throat.
