Happy you enjoyed it so much! I finished the series early this year, and it easily became one of my all-time favorites.

Yeah it was great, really made me hungry for more fantasy, and more Sanderson.

What an ending to this series.
Sazed is one of my favorite characters in the Cosmere.
I don't think Sanderson gets enough credit for the different creatures he's created, like the Kandra or the Koloss.

The Kandra and the Koloss were so unique and interesting to me, with such well thought out cultures and attitudes.

Great review. This video makes me want to reread the trilogy.😊I was disappointed with Vin's ending when I read The Hero of Ages 3 years ago. Maybe I'll feel differently on a reread.🤷‍♀Elantris is a good one to go to next. It's not as long as Stormlight Archives and still has the Mistborn-esk vibes. Hope you enjoy it.☺

I feel like the ending worked for me. I don't want to say too much in fear of spoilers though :D
I am excited to read more Sanderson for sure.

I did a big ol DNF on Mistborn which I admit was more about me as I got it for the magic system people raved about and did not make it past the weird coin jumping city training.

I've dnf'd a few books that people rave about as well, not everything fits everyone's tastes eh?
It may be because I'm so new to fantasy, that any of the sort of cliches or overdone tropes, like the training stuff, didn't chaff me like they might a more experienced fantasy reader, for my part I loved learning about the magic system and the coin jumping was a fun way to not just have like flying or something.

@@BenjaminsBookclub New to fantasy. Mmmm, ok you might take a wack at a D&D trilogy by Paul Kidd that starts with White Plume Mountain. It was Guardians of the Galaxy before Guardians of the Galaxy.
      Robert Howard's Conan is amazoids.
      Nevernight trilogy by Jay Kristoff.
Sam Sykes Seven Blades in Black.
And my favorite of all time, The Chronicles Of Thomas Covenant the Unbliever; there are 10 books.
