Hi there! Sorry, but I couldn't understand what you were trying to say. Were you saying to take the shock off and put the new one on with the wheel attached to the vehicle? That doesn't seem right.
After watching it again, I think you're saying not to tighten the bushing bolt connections until the weight of the car has been removed from the jacks and it's resting back on the wheels, lowered to the ground. Then, tighten those nuts?
