First of all, thank you! I'm trying out your free 8 week program and I definitely overshot my traning numbers. First day was brutal - but already seing great results on stability both strength wise and form wise. Can't wait for my training meet around 1st of july.
To be honest, if I had a lot of terrible workouts, I probably wouldn’t be doing powerlifting anymore. I’ll keep doing it as long as I’m physically capable of doing it, and as long as it’s fun. The day either stops being true I’ll probably hang up the belt. Keep up the great content Bryce, inspiring as always
That's how it's done in powerlifting. It's the standard/spec/regulation. Personally I do it habitually now. The idea is you can see the weight of the innermost plate... Supposedly
