When you mentioned it being fine for pregnant women to have 2 cups of coffee daily it brought me back to people giving a hard time for having a coffee maybe once a week, they'd constantly say I'm gonna hurt my baby, that I wasn't doing well enough, and that I wasn't doing what's best for him.
Clearly they needed some coffee 😂

Both my pregnancies were tough. With my son I had morning sickness the whole time I was pregnant. I threw up so much everyday it required me to carry around multiple barf bags. 🤢 With my daughter for some reason I could not gain the weight I needed. I only craved fruit and could not stand the sight of raw meat with both my pregnancies. You look so beautiful and your little ones are so sweet.

In September we will have a baby girl so let see what kind of eater she will be 😊The only thing you want is your kids to eat. So if they want different things, then so be it.
Just wondering how you knew to check your kids for allergies? It seems your kids have a range of difference allergies that you had them tested for but how did you know to have them tested? Stomach issues? Or did any of them have a histamine response to anything?

My husband is allergic to all nuts, but peanuts and cashews are the worst! I absolutely love peanut butter, but we don’t keep it in the house at all. However, we recently found sunbutter at Whole Foods and Sprouts! My husband loves it and it satisfies my peanut butter cravings! Maybe sunbutter could work for Carter too?

Pregnancy is so wild ! When you said you couldn't comprehend eating anything other than cereal I FELT that lol. The other night I ate (eggless) cookie dough for dinner because thats the only think of that sounded even remotely good 🥴
I am 16 weeks pregnant with my second child and still have really bad nausea/vomiting, and I also find it really helpful to drink sparkling water. I find it really interesting and helpful to see what you are eating while pregnant and also what you feed your toddlers - please make more videos like this!

You should try making homemade icecream with them this summer! You can make some with Oat Milk, or Coconut Milk, add your fresh fruit or add ins that you want! 🍨🙌

Try soy nut butter or almond butter as a peanut butter sub! I developed a peanut allergy as an adult and I like both! Soy is a little sweeter, almond is less sweet that PB!

I would love to hear about the supplements your kids are using. My 2yr old son is so picky and really does not eat. He will not try anything even ice cream. I worry he is not getting enough nutrients.
We have been liking the smartypants multi with added fiber and omegas. We also supplement with a mightyzyme probiotic, cod liver oil, and occasionally ascorbic acid and mineral essence.
